tuna noodle casserole

revived tuna nunna casserole

2 cups egg noodles, uncooked

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 cup frozen peas

2 cans tuna, drained and flanked

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp dry bread crumbs

2 tbsp butter, cubed

preheat oven to 400. spray 8×8 with non-stick spray, set aside. cook noodles 1-2 minutes less than package says.

meanwhile in large bowl mix soup, milk, peas, and tuna. once noodles are cooked and strained, mix with soup and tuna mix. add onion powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper, mix. pour into dish and bake for 20 min. remove and sprinkle bread crumbs and butter on top of casserole, put back in oven for 5 minutes.

serve immediately with a slice of loaf bread and corn. haha kidding! that would really make this a throw back meal!tuna noodle casserole
