crispy kale

1 whole bag of fresh kale, stems removed

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tbsp garlic salt

1 tsp siracha

1/2 tsp salt

heat oven to 350 degrees. line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

place kale in large bowl and mix with hands until all kale is covered with oil, about 2 minutes.

place kale on baking sheet and distribute covering entire sheet. sprinkle garlic salt, siracha, and salt over kale.  cook for 15-20 minutes, taking out and mixing on pan every 5 minutes. cook until all kale is crispy and dry.

store in sealed container so kale stays crispy.
