aww dip

you know what else fall means besides pumpkin, crisp air, and nutmeg? those adorable little girls coming around with those evil sheets batting their eyes and making you do things that you don’t want to do… girl scout cookie season.

why? why must you make me order boxes of tagalongs and samoas? these cookies are the only cookies i’ll buy. it’s a mix between the sweet girls and, well they’re just so freaking delicious!! oh and did i mention they are $4 a box in dc? why?

once i’ve committed to say, 1 or 2 7 boxes it’s all i can think about until they are in my hands. after i placed my order last week, well i had to get my fix and i ended up with a samoa dip.

and then i ended up with a funfetti dip.

and then i ended up with a sugar rush.

and then i ended up with a load of confidence.

and then i ended up with… a lot more than 2 dips.

aww dip!!

1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

combine butter and cream cheese in mixer until creamy. add the cookies and mix on high until cookies are broken up. mix in powdered sugar. add rolos and mix on high. fold in toasted coconut and mix.

drizzle chocolate over top. if not serving immediately place in refrigerator. serve with graham crackers or apples.

funfetti dip

1/2 box funfetti cake mix

16 oz french vanilla greek yogurt

2 cups cool whip

1/4 cup sprinkles

combine all ingredients and mix. top with additional sprinkles if desired. serve cold with graham crackers or cookies of choice!
